What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with tags still attached. Please visit our Returns page for instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on sale items or gift cards.
How long does a refund take?
We’ll process your refund on the same day we receive your return. It can take up to 14 working days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank - though most refunds arrive much sooner!
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you’re welcome to return it for a refund or exchange once it arrives.
I've received a faulty item – what should I do?
We’re so sorry about that! Please email us at hello@peachpop.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number, a photo of the fault, and a short description so we can make it right.
How long is delivery?
UK standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order via Yodel using your order number.
Why has my item been refunded?
If an item you ordered went out of stock before dispatch, we’ll automatically refund you and send a confirmation email. If you haven’t received your refund within 5 working days, please contact us.
Can I change my address or email address?
Unfortunately we cannot change it after your order has been placed.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re currently UK only, but we’re working on expanding! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available 🌍
